These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between HostFlow Network LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“HostFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and each person or organization that visits our website, creates an account, places an order, or uses our services (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
By creating an account, placing an order, checking the Terms acceptance box, or using a HostFlow service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not purchase or use our services.
1. Related Policies
The following policies form part of these Terms:
If another HostFlow policy conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control unless that policy specifically states otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to create a HostFlow account, place an order, or purchase services.
If you use HostFlow on behalf of a business, community, team, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms and act on its behalf.
HostFlow may request reasonable identity or age verification when necessary to protect an account, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable law.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate, complete, and current account and billing information.
You are responsible for:

Protecting your account credentials

Keeping your contact and billing information current

All activity performed through your account

Securing your servers, websites, bots, databases, and control-panel access

Promptly notifying HostFlow about suspected unauthorized access
You may not sell or transfer your account without written permission.
HostFlow may request identity, payment, or ownership verification to prevent fraud or protect an account.
HostFlow is not responsible for losses caused by credentials you shared, failed to secure, or allowed another person to use.
4. Services and Resources
HostFlow may provide game-server hosting, Discord bot hosting, website hosting, databases, backups, additional ports, storage, and related services.
The resources included with a service are determined by the product description and order confirmation. Limits may apply to RAM, CPU, storage, bandwidth, databases, backups, ports, or other features.
No resource is unlimited unless HostFlow expressly describes it as unlimited. Services advertised as unmetered remain subject to technical limitations and the Acceptable Use Policy.
You may purchase available upgrades through the HostFlow Client Area.
Downgrading may cause data loss or interruption if your existing usage exceeds the new limits. You must reduce your usage and create backups before requesting a downgrade.
5. Orders and Activation
Orders are subject to successful payment, fraud screening, technical availability, and policy review.
Submitting an order or payment does not guarantee acceptance. HostFlow may reject or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, insufficient capacity, technical limitations, policy violations, or legal and security concerns.
If HostFlow rejects an order before providing service, eligible payments will be handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Service setup times are estimates unless HostFlow expressly provides a written guarantee.
6. Billing and Automatic Renewal
Services are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.
Unless you submit a cancellation request, your service will continue into the next billing period. If you authorize a supported automatic payment method, HostFlow or its payment processor may charge that method for renewal invoices.
Before checkout, HostFlow will display the service price, billing frequency, renewal terms, trial terms, setup fees, add-ons, and applicable taxes.
By submitting an order, you authorize HostFlow and its payment processors to collect the displayed initial payment and applicable recurring renewal charges.
You must cancel before the next renewal charge or invoice due date to avoid being billed for another period. Cancellation does not remove charges already incurred.
HostFlow may change recurring prices by providing at least 30 days’ notice before the new price applies. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
7. Free Trials and Promotions
Free trials and promotional services are governed by the terms displayed with each offer.
Trial restrictions may apply to duration, products, resources, backups, databases, and support. If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the conversion date and renewal price will be displayed before enrollment.
Unless stated otherwise, eligibility is limited to one trial per person, household, organization, or payment method. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is prohibited.
HostFlow may terminate trials for fraud, abuse, excessive resource use, or policy violations. You must export data you wish to keep before a trial expires.
Promotional codes have no cash value, may not be resold, and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
8. Late Payments and Nonpayment
Invoices must be paid by their displayed due dates.
If payment is overdue, HostFlow may send reminders, apply a disclosed late fee where legally permitted, suspend the service, restrict additional purchases, or terminate the service after the applicable nonpayment period.
Suspension does not cancel an unpaid invoice. Restoring a suspended service may require payment of all overdue amounts.
HostFlow does not guarantee that data will remain available after termination for nonpayment.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official cancellation-request feature in the HostFlow Client Area.
Depending on the option selected, cancellation may occur immediately or at the end of the current billing period.
Immediate cancellation may result in immediate loss of access and permanent deletion of associated data.
Removing a payment method, stopping a payment, abandoning a server, or opening a regular support ticket does not automatically cancel a service.
You must download required files, databases, configurations, and backups before cancellation becomes effective.
10. Refunds and Chargebacks
Eligible first-time purchases may be refunded when requested within 72 hours after initial activation, subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Renewals, domains, setup fees, dedicated IP addresses, add-ons, upgrades, licenses, account credits, and custom services are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or caused by a verified billing error.
Please contact HostFlow before opening a chargeback so we can investigate. HostFlow may suspend affected services while a chargeback, reversed payment, or suspected unauthorized transaction is investigated.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Acceptable Use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
Prohibited activities include malware, phishing, spam, DDoS attacks, unauthorized access, illegal content, copyright infringement, cryptocurrency mining, network abuse, harmful bots, bypassing resource limits, and attacking other systems.
HostFlow may investigate suspected abuse and take reasonable action to protect customers, infrastructure, providers, and the public.
12. Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload or create.
You grant HostFlow a limited right to store, copy, transmit, process, and display your content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that:

Your content complies with applicable laws

Your content does not violate third-party rights

Your software and files are secure

You possess all necessary software licenses
HostFlow may restrict or remove content when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid complaint, enforce our policies, or protect the service.
13. Third-Party Services
Some services depend on third-party games, applications, APIs, control panels, mods, plugins, or networks.
You must follow the rules and license agreements of applicable third parties, including Discord, game publishers, and software developers.
HostFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by these parties unless expressly stated.
HostFlow is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party updates, restrictions, account actions, discontinued software, licensing changes, or external outages.
14. Backups and Data Loss
You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of important files, databases, code, configurations, and content.
A backup slot does not guarantee that every backup will complete, remain available, or restore successfully. You should regularly verify and download important backups.
Unless a written product description specifically guarantees managed backups, HostFlow is not responsible for lost, corrupted, incomplete, or unrecoverable data to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Service Availability
Eligible paid services are covered by the Service Level Agreement, which provides a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment and account credits for qualifying downtime.
Maintenance, customer actions, third-party failures, attacks, upstream problems, and events outside HostFlow’s reasonable control may be excluded.
16. Support
Support is provided through approved HostFlow support channels. Availability, response targets, and scope may vary by plan.
Unless included with your service, HostFlow is not responsible for developing, debugging, configuring, or maintaining custom code, plugins, mods, websites, bots, or third-party applications.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward HostFlow representatives may result in restricted support or account termination.
17. Suspension and Termination
HostFlow may suspend or terminate an account or service for:

Nonpayment

Fraud or unauthorized payments

Policy violations

Threats to network stability or security

Valid legal requirements

Repeated copyright infringement

Trial or promotion abuse

Materially false account information
HostFlow may act without advance notice when an immediate legal, security, or abuse risk exists. In other situations, we may provide an opportunity to correct the issue when reasonably appropriate.
Associated data may be permanently deleted after termination.
18. Privacy
HostFlow handles personal information according to the Privacy Policy.
Providing services may require HostFlow and its providers to process account details, billing information, IP addresses, server logs, support communications, Discord information, and other necessary data.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Except for promises expressly stated in these Terms or the Service Level Agreement, HostFlow disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
HostFlow does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, completely secure, compatible with every application, or immune from attack or data loss.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostFlow Network LLC and its members, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
HostFlow’s total liability relating to an affected service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify HostFlow Network LLC against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, unlawful use, policy violations, infringement of third-party rights, or activity performed through your account.
This does not require you to indemnify HostFlow for HostFlow’s own unlawful conduct.
22. Events Outside Our Control
HostFlow is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, internet-routing failures, upstream outages, widespread cyberattacks, government actions, labor disruptions, or third-party platform failures.
23. Changes to These Terms
HostFlow may update these Terms for service, legal, security, or business reasons.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. HostFlow will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting existing recurring services.
Material changes will generally apply at the next renewal unless an earlier date is required for legal or urgent security reasons.
24. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Missouri law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a claim, you and HostFlow agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written communication.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, proceedings relating to these Terms must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Missouri.
25. General Provisions
These Terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement concerning the services.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. HostFlow’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not transfer these Terms without HostFlow’s written permission. HostFlow may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or business transfer.
