HostFlow Network LLC (“HostFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects intellectual-property rights and expects customers to do the same.

This policy explains how copyright owners may report allegedly infringing material and how affected customers may submit counter-notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. Designated DMCA Agent

Copyright notices must be sent to HostFlow’s designated DMCA agent:

Agent Name: [INSERT DMCA AGENT NAME]
Company: HostFlow Network LLC
Address: [INSERT DMCA AGENT PHYSICAL ADDRESS]
Telephone: [INSERT DMCA AGENT TELEPHONE NUMBER]
Email: [INSERT DMCA AGENT EMAIL ADDRESS]

Only copyright notices and counter-notices should be sent to the designated agent. General abuse, billing, and support issues should be submitted through https://billing.hostflow.cloud.

2. Copyright-Infringement Notices

A copyright owner or authorized representative may submit a written notice identifying material hosted through HostFlow that allegedly infringes copyright.

A valid notice should include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, when multiple works are involved, a representative list.

  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for HostFlow to locate it, such as a complete URL, hostname, IP address, file path, or server identifier.

  4. The complaining party’s name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Incomplete notices may delay HostFlow’s response.

3. HostFlow’s Response

After receiving a substantially complete notice, HostFlow may:

  • Forward the notice to the affected customer

  • Request additional information

  • Disable access to the identified material

  • Remove the material

  • Suspend the affected service

  • Take other action required by law or HostFlow policy

HostFlow may provide the affected customer with the complaining party’s contact information and notice contents.

HostFlow does not decide ownership disputes or determine whether a use is legally fair use. Parties should obtain legal advice when necessary.

4. Counter-Notices

If material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, the affected customer may send a written counter-notice to the designated DMCA agent.

A valid counter-notice should include:

  1. The customer’s physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the customer has a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.

  4. The customer’s name, mailing address, and telephone number.

  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court for the customer’s address—or, if outside the United States, an appropriate federal district court where HostFlow may be found.

  6. A statement agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.

HostFlow may forward the counter-notice to the original complaining party.

5. Restoration Following a Counter-Notice

After forwarding a valid counter-notice, HostFlow may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complaining party informs HostFlow that it filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Restoration is not guaranteed when the material separately violates HostFlow’s Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

6. Repeat Infringers

HostFlow may terminate accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe copyrights in appropriate circumstances.

HostFlow may consider:

  • The number and frequency of valid notices

  • Counter-notices and their outcomes

  • Court orders

  • The customer’s response

  • Evidence of deliberate or repeated infringement

  • Other relevant circumstances

HostFlow may also remove or disable individual instances of allegedly infringing material.

7. Misrepresentations

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may result in liability under applicable law.

Do not submit false claims or notices without a reasonable basis. Consider consulting a qualified attorney if you are uncertain whether material infringes copyright or is protected by an exception.

8. Other Intellectual-Property Complaints

Trademark, impersonation, privacy, and other non-copyright complaints are not handled through the DMCA counter-notice process.

Submit those reports through the HostFlow Client Area:

https://billing.hostflow.cloud

Include sufficient information to identify the affected rights and material.

9. Preservation and Disclosure

HostFlow may preserve notices, counter-notices, customer information, and related records as reasonably necessary to process complaints, enforce policies, defend legal claims, and comply with law.

Information may be disclosed to affected parties, service providers, advisers, courts, or authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.

See the HostFlow Privacy Policy for more information.

10. Changes to This Policy

HostFlow may update this policy to reflect legal requirements, procedures, or service changes.

Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
