Promotion and Coupon Policy

This Promotion and Coupon Policy explains how discounts, coupon codes, free trials, preorder offers, account credits, and other promotions offered by HostFlow Network LLC (“HostFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) work.

This policy forms part of the HostFlow Terms of Service.

1. Promotion-Specific Terms

Each promotion may have its own:

• Discount amount

• Coupon code

• Start and expiration date

• Eligible products

• Eligible customers

• Billing-cycle requirements

• Usage limits

• Renewal treatment

• Trial period

• Redemption instructions

The terms displayed with a specific promotion control if they conflict with this general policy.

2. Types of Promotions

HostFlow promotions may include:

• Percentage discounts

• Fixed-dollar discounts

• Discounted introductory prices

• Multi-month discounts

• Free trials

• Preorder pricing

• Account credits

• Affiliate offers

• Referral rewards

• Free or discounted add-ons

• Limited-time upgrades

• Lifetime offers specifically identified as such

A promotion only includes the benefits expressly stated in the offer.

3. Applying Coupon Codes

When a promotion requires a coupon code, the customer must enter the code during checkout before submitting the order.

Customers are responsible for confirming that:

• The code was accepted

• The correct discount appears

• The correct product is selected

• The correct billing cycle is selected

• The renewal price is understood

Coupon codes generally cannot be added after an order has been completed.

HostFlow may correct a verified checkout error at its discretion, but retroactive application is not guaranteed.

4. One Promotion Per Order

Unless a promotion specifically permits stacking, only one coupon code or promotional discount may be applied to an order.

A customer may not combine:

• Multiple coupon codes

• A private discount with a public promotion

• An affiliate-only offer with another restricted offer

• Account-specific pricing with an unauthorized coupon

• Multiple free-trial offers

Account credit may be used with a promotion when allowed by the checkout system, but account credit is a payment balance rather than an additional discount.

5. Eligibility

Promotions may be limited to:

• New customers

• Existing customers

• First-time purchases

• Specific products

• Specific billing cycles

• Specific countries or currencies

• Selected communities or affiliates

• A limited number of redemptions

• One redemption per account, person, household, organization, IP address, or payment method

Creating multiple accounts to bypass eligibility restrictions is prohibited.

HostFlow may require reasonable account or payment verification before honoring a promotion.

6. Eligible Products and Charges

A promotion applies only to the products and charges identified in the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions do not apply to:

• Taxes

• Setup fees

• Domains

• Dedicated IP addresses

• Software licenses

• Add-ons

• Resource upgrades

• Custom technical work

• Account credits

• Existing unpaid invoices

• Previously purchased services

• Third-party charges

7. Promotion Duration

A promotion may apply to:

• The first invoice only

• A stated number of billing periods

• A specific date range

• The first paid term

• Every eligible renewal

• The active lifetime of an eligible service

If the offer does not clearly state that the discount recurs, customers should assume it applies only to the initial eligible invoice or period.

After a temporary promotion ends, the service renews at its regular current price unless the offer states otherwise.

8. Multi-Month Discounts

If a discount applies for a stated number of months or billing periods, it ends automatically after that period.

For example, a promotion advertised as “20% off for three months” applies to the first three eligible monthly billing periods. The service then renews at its regular current price.

Changing the billing cycle may end or alter the promotion.

9. Recurring Percentage Discounts

When a promotion provides a recurring percentage discount, the percentage is generally applied to the eligible service’s current renewal price.

A recurring discount does not permanently freeze the underlying regular price unless the promotion expressly states that it provides fixed pricing.

HostFlow may change regular service prices according to the notice requirements in its Terms of Service.

10. Free Trials

Free-trial offers will disclose:

• Trial duration

• Included service

• Resource limits

• Eligibility

• Whether payment information is required

• Whether the trial converts into a paid subscription

• The conversion date

• The paid renewal price

• How to cancel

If a trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, customers must cancel before the displayed conversion date to avoid the first paid charge.

Unless stated otherwise, free trials are limited to one per person, household, organization, or payment method.

Trial abuse may result in immediate termination and loss of trial data.

11. Preorder Promotions

Preorder offers may provide discounted pricing before a service is available.

The preorder page will identify:

• The expected availability date

• The preorder price

• When billing begins

• Whether the price applies only initially or continues

• Cancellation and refund terms

• Any included bonuses

Availability dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Unfulfilled preorder refunds are handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

12. Lifetime Offers

A promotion described as “lifetime” applies only according to the exact terms displayed with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, “lifetime” means the active lifetime of the eligible HostFlow product or service—not the lifetime of the customer.

A lifetime offer:

• Is nontransferable

• Requires the account to remain compliant

• May be limited to specific resources

• Does not include future products or upgrades

• Does not guarantee that HostFlow or the product will operate forever

• May end if the underlying product is permanently discontinued

• Does not include third-party fees unless expressly stated

HostFlow will not advertise an offer as lifetime unless its specific limitations are disclosed.

13. Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrading or downgrading a promotional service may:

• Change the discount amount

• Change the eligible recurring price

• End the promotion

• Require payment of a prorated difference

• Make the service ineligible

The promotion remains only when the new product or configuration qualifies under the offer.

Customers should contact Sales Support before changing a promotional service if they are unsure how the change will affect the discount.

14. Cancellations and Reactivation

Canceling a discounted service generally ends the promotion.

If the customer later orders again or reactivates the service, the previous promotional price is not guaranteed.

Promotions cannot normally be transferred between:

• Accounts

• Customers

• Services

• Products

• Billing cycles

HostFlow may approve an exception at its discretion.

15. Refunds

Any eligible refund is based on the amount the customer actually paid after the promotional discount.

The unused stated value of a coupon or promotion is not refundable as cash or account credit.

A coupon may not be restored after an order is refunded, canceled, reversed, or charged back.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

16. Account Credits

Promotional account credits:

• Have no cash value

• Cannot normally be withdrawn

• Cannot be transferred

• May have an expiration date

• May be restricted to eligible HostFlow invoices

• May be revoked if obtained through fraud or abuse

Any expiration date or special restriction will be disclosed with the credit offer.

Purchased or refunded account balances may be treated differently from promotional credits as required by applicable law and HostFlow’s billing rules.

17. Affiliate and Referral Promotions

Customers may use an eligible affiliate link or authorized affiliate coupon.

Affiliate commission is generally calculated from the eligible amount actually paid after the discount.

Affiliates may only publish promotion codes authorized for public use.

Expired, private, staff-only, account-specific, or unauthorized codes may not be advertised.

Affiliate activity is governed by the HostFlow Affiliate Program Policy.

18. Expired and Disabled Codes

A coupon code will not be accepted after it:

• Expires

• Reaches its redemption limit

• Is disabled

• Becomes ineligible for the selected product

• Is used by an ineligible account

• Is replaced by another promotion

• Is withdrawn because of abuse or error

HostFlow is not required to extend an expired promotion because a customer did not complete checkout before the deadline.

19. Pricing and Configuration Errors

HostFlow may correct a promotion affected by an obvious technical, typographical, or configuration error.

If an error materially changes an order before service is provided, HostFlow may:

• Correct the price with customer approval

• Cancel the affected order

• Refund the affected payment

• Honor the offer at its discretion

HostFlow will not use this section to remove a valid promotion merely because it later becomes less profitable.

20. Promotion Abuse

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating multiple accounts to repeat an offer

• Using false information

• Sharing private or single-use codes

• Selling coupon codes

• Manipulating referral tracking

• Combining discounts through technical exploits

• Using unauthorized automation

• Attempting self-referrals

• Repeatedly ordering and refunding to reuse promotions

• Exploiting an obvious pricing error

HostFlow may cancel discounts, reverse promotional credits, reject orders, or restrict accounts involved in abuse.

Valid amounts paid by the customer will be handled according to the Terms and Refund Policy.

21. Availability and Ending Promotions

HostFlow may limit a promotion by time, capacity, product availability, or redemption count.

HostFlow may end or modify a promotion before redemption unless:

• The customer already completed a valid qualifying purchase

• The offer expressly guarantees availability for a stated period

• Applicable law requires otherwise

Changes do not retroactively remove a valid discount already applied to a paid order, except in cases of fraud, abuse, payment reversal, or obvious error.

22. Taxes

Promotions generally reduce the eligible service price before applicable taxes are calculated, subject to local tax rules.

Customers remain responsible for taxes and legally required charges.

23. Changes to This Policy

HostFlow may update this policy to reflect new promotional types, billing systems, legal requirements, or program changes.

Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. The terms displayed with an already redeemed promotion will continue to control that promotion unless legally permitted changes are required.
