Affiliate Program Policy

This Affiliate Program Policy governs participation in the HostFlow Network LLC (“HostFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) affiliate program.

By activating an affiliate account, using a HostFlow affiliate link, or requesting a commission payout, you agree to this policy and the HostFlow Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Maintain an accurate HostFlow account

• Provide valid contact and payment information

• Follow applicable advertising and privacy laws

• Follow the rules of platforms where HostFlow is promoted

• Accept this Affiliate Program Policy

HostFlow may approve, deny, suspend, or close an affiliate account based on fraud risk, account history, promotional methods, or policy compliance.

The standard affiliate program is separate from HostFlow employment, staff, sales-team, partnership, or custom commission agreements.

2. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of HostFlow.

Affiliates may not:

• Enter agreements on HostFlow’s behalf

• Make promises that HostFlow has not authorized

• Claim authority to represent HostFlow

• Provide warranties on HostFlow’s behalf

• Collect payments for HostFlow

• Present themselves as HostFlow employees

Participation does not guarantee commissions, income, employment, or future business.

3. Standard Commission

The standard affiliate commission is 10% recurring on eligible payments from properly tracked referred customers.

This means an approved affiliate may receive 10% of eligible initial and renewal payments while:

• The referred service remains active

• The invoice is successfully paid

• The affiliate account remains active and compliant

• The product remains eligible for affiliate commission

• The commission is not reversed, refunded, or disqualified

Certain products, promotions, or custom affiliate agreements may use a different rate or provide no commission. The rate shown in the HostFlow affiliate system or applicable written offer controls for that product or affiliate.

4. Eligible Commission Amounts

Percentage commissions are generally calculated from eligible service revenue actually paid after applicable promotional discounts.

Commissions may exclude:

• Taxes

• Refunds

• Chargebacks

• Reversed payments

• Account-credit adjustments

• Free services

• Free-trial periods

• Domains

• Software licenses

• Dedicated IP addresses

• Custom work

• Products marked as ineligible

• Other third-party or pass-through charges

Setup fees, add-ons, upgrades, and configurable options are included only when HostFlow’s affiliate-system configuration marks them as commissionable.

The affiliate dashboard and HostFlow billing records determine the official commission amount.

5. Recurring Commissions

Recurring commission may continue on eligible renewal payments from a properly referred customer.

Recurring commission ends when:

• The referred service is canceled or terminated

• The referred customer stops paying

• The product becomes ineligible

• The original referral is removed because of fraud or error

• The affiliate account is terminated

• The applicable commission arrangement ends

• HostFlow provides notice of a program change

There is no commission on an unpaid invoice.

Upgrades and downgrades may change future commission amounts based on the referred service’s updated eligible recurring price.

6. Tracking and Affiliate Links

Affiliates must use the unique link available through the HostFlow Client Area.

HostFlow generally uses a browser cookie to record eligible referrals. The standard tracking cookie may remain active for up to 90 days, subject to browser settings and technical limitations.

Tracking may fail when:

• Cookies are blocked or deleted

• The customer changes devices or browsers

• Privacy software blocks tracking

• The affiliate link is incomplete or modified

• Another valid affiliate referral replaces the earlier referral

• The customer orders after the tracking period expires

• Technical circumstances prevent attribution

A referral is commissionable only when HostFlow’s system properly records the referral.

HostFlow is not required to manually assign a referral after purchase, but it may correct a verified tracking error at its discretion.

7. Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not earn commission from their own purchases.

Prohibited self-referrals include:

• Using your own link for your own account

• Creating another account for yourself

• Using another person’s information to hide a self-purchase

• Referring a business you control primarily to generate commission

• Coordinating reciprocal purchases intended to avoid this rule

• Using household or payment information to disguise a self-referral

HostFlow may remove commissions and suspend accounts associated with self-referral abuse.

8. Commission Validation Period

Commissions remain pending for 30 days after the associated payment.

The validation period allows HostFlow to identify:

• Refunds

• Chargebacks

• Fraudulent orders

• Canceled services

• Reversed payments

• Policy violations

• Duplicate or invalid referrals

A pending commission becomes available only if the payment remains valid, the referred service remains eligible and active, and the affiliate remains compliant when the validation period ends.

Pending commissions cannot be withdrawn.

9. Minimum Payout

An affiliate must have at least $25 in available commission before requesting a payout.

Pending commission does not count toward the $25 minimum.

Balances below $25 remain in the affiliate account until enough eligible commission becomes available or until HostFlow handles the balance as otherwise required by law or this policy.

10. Payout Schedule

HostFlow processes approved affiliate payouts in monthly batches.

Payout timing may depend on:

• Submission date

• Affiliate verification

• Payment-provider availability

• Fraud review

• Required tax information

• Weekends and holidays

• Correct payment details

HostFlow may require up to 15 business days after approving a valid request to submit the payout.

Payment-provider processing times are outside HostFlow’s direct control.

11. Payout Methods

Approved affiliates may request payment through:

• PayPal

• HostFlow account credit

PayPal payouts require a valid PayPal account capable of receiving the payment. The affiliate is responsible for providing the correct PayPal information.

Account-credit payouts are added to the affiliate’s HostFlow account and may be applied to future HostFlow invoices. Account credit:

• Has no cash value after being selected

• Cannot normally be withdrawn

• Cannot be transferred to another customer

• Remains subject to HostFlow account-credit rules

The affiliate must select the preferred method when requesting withdrawal.

12. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals

HostFlow may cancel, reverse, or deduct commission associated with:

• Refunded payments

• Chargebacks

• Payment reversals

• Fraudulent transactions

• Duplicate commissions

• Invalid referrals

• Canceled qualifying orders

• Policy violations

• Incorrect manual adjustments

If the commission was already paid, HostFlow may deduct the reversed amount from future commissions or request repayment where legally permitted.

13. Permitted Promotion

Affiliates may promote HostFlow through lawful and authorized methods, including:

• Websites

• Social-media content

• Videos and livestreams

• Communities that permit advertising

• Genuine recommendations

• Approved advertisements

• Approved promotional materials

All promotional statements must be accurate, current, and clearly distinguish the affiliate from HostFlow.

Affiliates should clearly disclose that they may earn a commission when required by law or platform rules.

14. Prohibited Promotion

Affiliates may not use:

• Spam

• Unsolicited bulk email

• Unwanted Discord direct messages

• Automated message flooding

• Misleading or false advertising

• Fake reviews or testimonials

• Cookie stuffing

• Forced redirects

• Hidden affiliate links

• Malware, adware, or deceptive downloads

• Trademark-infringing domains

• Impersonation of HostFlow

• Unauthorized paid advertising using HostFlow trademarks

• Claims of guaranteed performance or income

• Promotion through illegal or malicious content

• Incentivized or cashback referrals without written approval

• Coupon codes that HostFlow did not authorize

Affiliates must follow the HostFlow Acceptable Use Policy and applicable platform rules.

15. HostFlow Branding

Affiliates receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use approved HostFlow affiliate materials solely to promote HostFlow.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify HostFlow logos in a misleading way

• Claim ownership of HostFlow branding

• Register domains or accounts confusingly similar to HostFlow

• Present an affiliate page as an official HostFlow website

• Use outdated prices or offers after being asked to remove them

• Create materials likely to damage HostFlow’s reputation

HostFlow may require an affiliate to change or remove promotional content.

16. Promotions and Coupons

A referred customer may use an eligible HostFlow promotion or coupon.

Percentage commission is generally based on the amount the customer actually pays after the discount. A free or fully discounted invoice may generate no commission.

Affiliates may only publish coupon codes that HostFlow authorizes for public use.

Expired, private, staff-only, or customer-specific codes may not be advertised.

17. Affiliate Account Review

HostFlow may review:

• Referral patterns

• Conversion activity

• Traffic sources

• Promotional pages

• Payment history

• Related accounts

• Chargeback and refund rates

• Suspected self-referrals

• Compliance with this policy

Affiliates must provide reasonable information needed to verify legitimate promotion and payout eligibility.

18. Taxes and Fees

Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, payment-provider fees, and other expenses associated with affiliate earnings.

HostFlow may request tax forms, identity verification, or payment information before issuing a payout when legally or operationally required.

HostFlow may withhold or report payments when required by applicable law.

19. Suspension and Termination

HostFlow may suspend or terminate affiliate participation for:

• Fraud

• Self-referrals

• Spam

• Misleading advertising

• Abuse of coupons

• Manipulated tracking

• Chargeback abuse

• Brand misuse

• Legal violations

• Failure to provide verification

• Violation of this policy or HostFlow’s Terms

Pending or available commissions connected to fraud, abuse, invalid referrals, or policy violations may be canceled.

Valid commissions already cleared before termination will be handled according to this policy and applicable law. Future recurring commissions may end when affiliate participation terminates.

20. Program Changes

HostFlow may change commission rates, eligible products, tracking periods, payout methods, payout minimums, or other program terms.

HostFlow will provide at least 30 days’ notice before a material reduction applies to future renewal commissions for existing referrals, unless an earlier change is reasonably required to address fraud, legal requirements, or security issues.

Changes do not retroactively reduce commissions already cleared and available.

21. Discontinuation

HostFlow may discontinue the affiliate program by providing reasonable notice.

If the entire program is discontinued without affiliate misconduct, HostFlow will provide instructions for requesting valid available commission balances.

Fraudulent, reversed, or disqualified commissions remain ineligible.

22. Privacy

Affiliate account and payment information is handled according to the HostFlow Privacy Policy.

Affiliates must handle referred-customer information lawfully and may not collect personal information through deceptive or unauthorized means.
